Abstract

Objectives: Evaluate te quality of nursing care records before and after training in some internal medicine department of Thai nguyen Central hospital in 2017.

Subject and Method: Valid choice and checked table selected for all nursing care native Medicine Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine 1, Internal Medicine 2, Internal Medicine 3, Geriatric heath protection with the number is 42 nursing care evaluate te quality of nursing care records before and after training in some internal medicine department.

Results: Evaluate 42 nursing home reviews 5 men and37 women working in internal systems, most nurses have intermediate level, University, after training, knowledge, skills and care of the nursing care increased markedly, especially good nursing practice, record of care according to level of achiverment is better than the middle school, the research results clearly reflect the important role of the training elements, training, isspection, monitoring enforce sanctions positive impact on record keeping care.

Conclusion: After training: The nursing knowledge is correct and practiced well trained nurses is clear in the care plan compared to pre-training.
