Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến tuân thủ chế độ ăn trước điều trị I-131 của người bệnh ung thư tuyến giáp.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 100 người bệnh chẩn đoán ung thư tuyến giáp đang điều trị tại Viện y học phóng xạ và U bướu Quân Đội năm 2024 sử dụng bộ câu hỏi tự báo cáo về tuân thủ chế độ ăn được thiết kế theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ cao với kiêng thực phẩm chứa i-ốt (78%), muối i-ốt (70%), hải sản và rong biển (65%), nhưng thấp hơn với sữa (60%), trứng (55%), nước súc miệng (51%) và đồ uống giàu i-ốt (45%). Một số yếu tố liên quan đến tuân thủ chế độ ăn trước điều trị I-131 của người bệnh ung thư tuyến giáp bao gồm tuổi, học vấn, thu thập và thời gian mắc bệnh (p < 0,05).
Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy tầm quan trọng của các can thiệp hiệu quả tập trung hơn vào nhóm đối tượng nguy cơ để làm tăng cường sự tuân thủ chế độ ăn trước điều trị I-131 của người bệnh ung thư tuyến giáp.
