Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng thái độ, thực hành hướng dẫn thuốc cho người bệnh xuất viện của điều dưỡng Bệnh viện Đa Khoa Hoàn Mỹ Cửu Long và một số yếu tố liên quan.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, phỏng vấn trực tiếp bằng bộ câu hỏi soạn sẵn (dựa trên bộ công cụ của tác giả Bowen), trên 136 điều dưỡng tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hoàn Mỹ Cửu Long. Từ tháng 11 năm 2024 đến tháng 3 năm 2025.
Kết quả: Điều dưỡng có thái độ tích cực và thực hành tốt hướng dẫn thuốc cho người bệnh xuất viện lần lượt 72,8% và 69,1%. Mối liên quan ý nghĩa thống kê giữa khoa công tác và thái độ p = 0,001; giữa thời gian hướng dẫn thuốc và thực hành p = 0,05.
Kết luận: Điều dưỡng có thái độ tích cực đạt 72,8% khi hướng dẫn thuốc cho người bệnh xuất viện, nhưng thực hành tốt chưa tương xứng với thái độ chiếm 69,1%. Các yếu tố liên quan đến thái độ và thực hành hướng dẫn thuốc của điều dưỡng gồm khoa công tác và thời gian hướng dẫn thuốc cho người bệnh xuất viện ý nghĩa thống kê p < 0,05.
