Mục tiêu: Đánh giá sự thay đổi về kiến thức, thái độ của cha/mẹ có con dưới 5 tuổi mắc rối loạn phổ tự kỷ sau chương trình hướng dẫn can thiệp.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp trước- sau không có nhóm chứng trên 48 cha/mẹ tại cơ sở y tế. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi kiến thức, thái độ bằng hình thức phỏng vấn. So sánh trước- sau bằng các test thống kê phù hợp, với p < 0,05.
Kết quả: Sau can thiệp, tỷ lệ cha/mẹ có kiến thức đúng về tự kỷ tăng từ 10,4% lên 89,5%; hiểu biết về nguyên nhân tăng từ 12,5% lên 87,5%. Nhận thức đúng về vai trò của cha/mẹ trong can thiệp tăng từ 10,4% lên 97,9%. Tỷ lệ chấp nhận tình trạng của con tăng từ 16,6% lên 93,7%, trong khi các cảm xúc tiêu cực giảm rõ rệt.
Kết luận: Chương trình hướng dẫn can thiệp đã cải thiện rõ rệt kiến thức, thái độ của cha/mẹ trẻ tự kỷ. Cần triển khai rộng rãi các chương trình đào tạo cha/mẹ kết hợp để nâng cao hiệu quả can thiệp sớm cho trẻ tự kỷ.
